Red Ribbon Week will be Monday, October 23 through Friday, October 27.  

The elementary theme this year will be “Be a Superhero, Be Drug-Free”, and prizes will be given away to students during the week.  The schedule for the elementary dress up days are as follows:

  • Monday: Rock Out Your Red – Assembly @ 8:30 in Fine Arts Building
  • Tuesday: Too Smart To Start – wear you nerdiest outfit 
  • Wednesday: Express Yourself, Don’t Do Drugs – dress as your favorite emoji
  • Thursday: Team Up Against Drugs – wear your favorite team’s attire/colors
  • Friday: Be A Superhero, Be Drug-Free – dress as your favorite superhero

 

The high school theme this year is “Be a Superhero, Be Drug-Free”’ and the high school will have a door decorating contest for Red Ribbon Week.   Doors will be judged by the guest speakers on Monday, October 23rd.  Prizes will be given to the class with the best door.  The schedule for the high school dress up days are as follows:

  • Monday: Red Ribbon Day – wear red
  • Tuesday: Cowboy/Cowgirl
  • Wednesday:  Be A Superhero, Be Drug-Free – dress as your favorite superhero
  • Thursday:  Spirit Day – wear blue and white
  • Friday: Say Boo To Drugs – wear Halloween costume

 

There will also be a drug-free rally on Monday, October 23rd in the Fine Arts building.  Guest speakers include county judges, mayors, law enforcement, and featured speaker Dean Johnson.
