South Side Bee Branch School District’s board and employees extend their best wishes to Billy Jackson and Travis Love, who are retiring from the district on June 30. Billy has been the superintendent of the district for the past 14 years. Travis has been with the district for 32 years as an educator and administrator. The district has benefited from their dedication and years of service. Mr. Jackson and Mr. Love have supported the district and students by spending time both off and on-campus with students, supporting causes that benefited those students in need, and helping create a safe and caring environment at the district. They will be sorely missed by students and employees and impossible to replace.
The district would like to invite members of the community, current and former colleagues, and former students to attend a retirement party in their honor on Friday, May 18 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in the old auditorium of the Admin building.
We know you will all join us in wishing Billy and Travis well as they start a new chapter in their lives. We hope you will be able to attend the party as we express our appreciation to them
