High School Counseling Help Ticket

The High School Counseling Ticket is a tool that parents and students can use to report issues to the school counselor concerning school, friends, home, self, family, or other areas in which a student is currently struggling.  This can be done anonymously or a name can be associated with the ticket.  Please know that, once submitted, this will only go to Mrs. Wilson in the counselor's office.  Be aware that if a report of harm to self or someone else is made, it is mandatory to share the information reported to other parties to ensure the safety of all parties involved.  Also, be aware that issues between students cannot be investigated if the students' names are not in the ticket as there will be no way to track who reported the situation, so please provide complete details or provide your name and let Mrs. Wilson know you would like to speak with her about the situation in person.  We hope this will be a useful tool in which to create better communication and provide a convenient way to help our students in our school.
