These contests provide students with the opportunity to express their ideas about democracy, patriotism, and what it means to be an American—while competing for recognition and scholarship awards. This year's theme is:
“How Are You Showing Patriotism and Support for Our Country?”
The Voice of Democracy audio contest is for students in Grades 9–12. The top Local Prize is $500, along with the opportunity to advance to district, state, and national levels.
